In 1945, Portugal’s national airline TAP Air Portugal was established and its headquarters are located in Lisbon. Since it became a member of Star Alliance in 2005, XL Airways has flown more than 2,500 weekly flights to more than 90 points in Europe, Africa, North America and South America.
